In my work, I support adults and young people with anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, loss, health and stress management, family and relationship difficulties, work-related problems, finding meaning and life transitions.
You can attend therapy sessions over the phone or online from the comfort of your own home, providing you with a safe space to talk, express feelings and explore change.

Counselling can help us to make positive choices. Gaining insight can allow us greater freedom in our present and future.
I offer a confidential space where you can be yourself and work through what’s on your mind. We can work together for a small number of sessions, or something longer-term.
